Store Policies
Return Policy:
· Any orders that are cancelled prior to shipping, are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee
· Before signing for your package, please check it over and make sure the box(es) aren’t damaged (If it is, chances are the merchandise inside is as well. Please show this to the delivery person and do not accept the package).
· If you purchased an item that you are not 100% satisfied with, please notify us in writing (email or fax) within 14 days of receipt of the product and you will receive a Return Authorization Number. No returned packages will be accepted by Bella Boutique without the Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the returned package, Bella Boutique will send out the item(s) you are exchanging, or issue a store credit code to you via email or fax. All shipping costs, border taxes or customs charges are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable. All items must be in new condition with tags attached and in its packaging. Worn items, special orders, and personalized items are not returnable.
